Billing FAQ
- When am I charged?
- Pro subscriptions are charged monthly on the date you subscribe. Assessment is a one-time charge at checkout.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, any time. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Pro: full refund within 7 days. Assessment: refundable within 24 hours if the scan hasn't started.
- What currency?
- Prices are in EUR (€). Your bank may apply a conversion fee for non-EUR cards.
- What about AWS costs?
- The native tools (Security Hub, Config, GuardDuty) incur a small cost in your AWS account — typically $5–25/month. Separate from RemediGenius pricing.
